IMPORTANT NOTICES

Canada Post Strike:
Due to the Canada Post strike, please expect delays in receiving hard copy document requests.

Holiday Closure/Delays:
Please expect delays during the holiday season (Dec 23 - Jan 1), as our offices will be closed.

Submission: Use Document Request portal or Student Self-Services for official document request.

Processing Time: 5-10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Confirmation of Enrolments: For current academic year and students only.

PGWP & Transcripts: PGWP only requires the unofficial transcript available to you via Student Self-Service.

T2202 for current Calendar year (Jan 1 – Dec 31) is available in Student Self service.

Important Notes:

  • Avoid duplicate requests unless your request is not filled in 10 business days.
  • Use laptop/desktop for submission.
  • Check In-box and spam folders.
  • Official Transcript of Marks
    If students do not require an official copy, an Unofficial Transcript of Marks can be obtained via Student Self-Service.
  • Confirmation of Enrolment
    Available only to current students who require this document to confirm their studies per academic year to outside services.
  • Official Transcript of Marks
  • Reissue/Replica Certificate/Diploma (Available only if alumni no longer owns the original copy.)
  • Skills Profile (Special Admissions)
  • T2202 Income Tax Receipt (For previous years)
  • Course Outlines
    • We ask all alumni who are requesting course outlines to please complete all of the present fields in the request form in full.
    • If you require more than two course outlines, please include the details in the Additional Information section on the request form.
    • Four course outlines are the maximum amount we will process.
    • If all required information is not present, your request will not be processed.
    • At this time we are not providing complete course outlines (curriculum) for an entire program.
  • Government Student Loan Confirmations
    A confirmation of enrolment document is not required to confirm a government student loan. If you applied for a student loan and have not received the final portion by the third week of classes (each academic term), contact  financials@nbcc.ca if you anticipate further delay or have questions.
  • GED Transcripts and/or Diplomas
    These records are not held at New Brunswick Community College and are handled by the Government of New Brunswick (GNB). To place your request for these documents, we recommend that you .
  • Letters of Completion
    These documents are sent directly to student's email address who have successfully completed their program of study within three weeks of last day of class.
